For the first time, Disney On Ice invites families to step inside the magical adventures of Walt Disney Animation Studios’ Frozen, the #1 Animated feature of all time, and Disney Animation’s Encanto, the 2022 Academy Award®, BAFTA®, and Golden Globe® Award winner for Best Animated Feature, as they come to life like never before. This adventure on ice transports fans into two of the most popular Disney films as audiences can sing-along to their favorite songs while embracing world-class ice skating, aerial acrobatics and more when Disney On Ice presents Frozen & Encanto skates into Phoenix playing from January 11-14, 2024 at Footprint Center.
Audiences will see Anna, Elsa, Mirabel, and the Madrigal family live, as well as fan favorites Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Donald, Goofy, and many more.
POLICIES & RULES
Below are policies and rules to assist with your visit to Footprint Center:
• No professional cameras, audio, or video recording devices are allowed.
• No backpacks are allowed. Bags must be within the 14″ x 14″ x 6″ size requirements.

TICKET OFFICE
Tickets for Footprint Center sports and entertainment events are available at the Footprint Center Box Office located at 201 E. Jefferson St. All tickets purchased at the box office will be delivered via mobile delivery, no printed paper tickets will be distributed at the windows. The Ticket Office will be open at 3 pm on weekday events and three (3) hours prior to event time for weekends.

PARKING
Footprint Center features more than 700 parking spaces on its property, including parking for guests with disabilities. Prices for parking vary by event. Please call the Footprint Center Parking Office at 602-379-2003 for specific event parking prices and information.
